With some great help today from my Dealer (the guys understand complete what i wanted to do) we've found a solution without connection needed to your car, but put the resistor on the taillight-side, as Dectane told me also.
You need a little small metal pin (like the others in connector) which fit in the taillight-connector (dealer has hundreds of them..). Remove some isolation from one side of the cable and pinch this to the little metal pin. Then put in pin with cable into connector, be careful you must need some force to get it in correctly, and align a little bit so it's in the same position as the other pins in the connector. After that we've soldered the other cable to the black one also on the taillight-unit side. Don't use the red push-connectors, they will get you in errors lately. Soldering is better. After that we've used some original clothing-tape (Dealer uses this for cabling protection) and made a nice harness. Done, error gone |
